We were appointed to deliver a full demolition and site clearance package at a former manufacturing facility in Bromborough. The project required a combination of asbestos removal, deconstruction, and remediation works to prepare the site for future development.

Scope of Works
The contract included a range of demolition and removal services, delivered in a structured and controlled sequence:
- Licensed removal of ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials) from the external yard area.
- Processing and clearance of existing on-site waste piles.
- Full strip-out and demolition of the redundant office structure down to slab level.
- Breaking out and removal of concrete slabs and foundations.
- On-site concrete crushing for reuse and sustainable waste management.
- Final site remediation to leave the area clean and development-ready.
