The team was excellent and were totally self sufficient, they were in charge of all the civil and demolition work we had on site.

May I say that we have been delighted with the professionalism of your company and the team who have played a part in our self-build. Trevor and Paul (and your third operator) were a pleasure to work with and I have lost count of the number of neighbours who have stopped us to say how amazing the team were, both in terms of their interaction with them and the lack of disruption to them, or the numerous walkers who pass by on a daily basis. We were also impressed with the cleanliness in the lane at the end of the working day – a job we had expected to do and were pleasantly surprised to find was not needed by us. The team took the worry out of the whole process.

May I also say how impressed we were with your personal professionalism and helpfulness. It was a key factor in making our decision as to which company to take on to do the job. You talked us through the important steps of the process, on more than 1 occasion, which paid real dividends to us in the end. Your and Mark’s visits to site were another bonus.

The standard of work and the whole work ethic of the guys who attended site was excellent, without exception they were polite, conscientious and their approach to the task was admirable.

Extremely satisfied with the whole project. Will definitely use again with no hesitation!

Lads on site worked very hard and when work completed the place was left clean and tidy. Many thanks to all involved.

Mark Wakefield are a very professional demolition contractor who I would like to work with in the future on any projects that involve their trade.
